Cantillon Public Brewing Session 2008.3.1

先日カンティヨン醸造所からメールが届きました。
今年春の「Cantillon Public Brewing Session」の案内です。
今年は3月1日(土)に開催されるとのこと。
ベルギー在住の方、運良くご旅行中のかたはぜひお出かけください。
僕は2年前の3月に参加してきましたがすごい熱気でした。

下記はカンティヨンからの案内分より抜粋。
From 06h30 to 17h00, the master brewer, his family and friends invite you to the great brewering fair, and propose you to experience the various steps in the really traditional production of Lambic.
PROGRAM
In a last century brewery with its original equipment:
from 06h30 to 09h00 Brewing process
from 09h00 to 13h00 Filtration and hopping
from 13h00 to 15h00 Cooking
at 15h30 Pumping of wort into the cooling
tun
from 06h30 to12h00 Barrel cleaning “ancient method”
Guided tours every 2 hours as from 7.00
Admission fee: 6.00 € p.p. (including guided tour and
one drink of your choice)
Croissants and coffee are proposed until 08.30, free of
charge.
